You will be provided a great compensation package such as a starting salary of $55,000, a metrics performance bonus up to $1,000 a month, and earn commissions on club sales the team closes and retains.

YOUR DAY AS A PICKLR MANAGER
Join us at Picklr as a full-time manager and dive into the exciting world of managing daily operations, from touring and selling memberships, to onboarding new members, to ensuring the member experience is exceptional every day. You are the mastermind behind recruiting top-tier team members to help you run the club, to training and coaching your team on how to sell memberships and serve the members daily, keeping the club clean and presentable, scheduling and setting pickleball programming for the members and guests to participate in, and booking corporate events, parties, and events. As the manager, you get to guide the pickleball coaches and trainers in how they coach and lead their guests and ensure the youth programs are fun and inspiring for the kids to play more. You are leading the club's sales and key metric goals monthly, driving results and praising and rewarding the team for their exceptional performance. As the club manager, purchasing products, taking inventory, and monitoring facility costs are a part of the daily and weekly responsibilities. Finally, you as the manager get to lead outside sales initiatives and drive local activations to engage the local community to build the brand up, the sport, and create more members of The Picklr.
WOULD YOU BE A GREAT PICKLR MANAGER?
To thrive as a full-time Picklr manager, you'll need to be able to master the art of selling, be a world-class communicator, thrive at customer service and cleaning, lead and manage a team to operate the club, be strong at scheduling and managing varies pickleball programs, leagues, and tournaments, and be goals and metric driven monitoring sales and key club metrics daily. A Picklr manager is eager to solve problems, able to manage key human resource aspects such as recruiting, onboarding, training team members, and letting team members go if needed, oversee outside sales and drive new revenue to the club, manage and order products and take inventory weekly, as well as ensure the facilities and equipment are well looked after.
