- Develop new food products from concept to commercialization.
- Reformulate and evaluate existing products to maintain their relevance in the market.
- Solve technical problems related to product formulation, processing, and packaging.
- Conduct sensory evaluations of products and translate test results into actionable steps for success.
- Develop and maintain accurate product documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
- Monitor industry trends to generate ideas for new products.
