The Pines of Mount Lebanon is looking for an activity's assistant for our Senior Living Community!
Schedule: Full Time with hours varying between 9am-5pm and 11am-7pm. (rotating weekends required)

Assists the Life Stages Director in providing active and passive, group and individual activities that enhance the mental, physical, spiritual and social needs of Residents and that allow Residents to continue playing an active role in society.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Perform all duties and responsibilities with a positive attitude and demonstrates impeccable ethics and integrity.
- Assists in the planning, developing, organizing and implementation of all residence activities.
- Assists with maintaining adequate supplies per department budget.
- Assists Residents to and from activities.
- Assists with the quarterly newsletter.
- Assists Life Stages Director/Coordinator with posting monthly, weekly and daily activity. schedules.
- Responds to Residents' needs.
- Respects Residents’ rights, privacy and dignity.

Must be dependable, detail-oriented, able to multi-task and prioritize tasks, able to work independently and as a team, and must be okay with repetition and routine work in a fast-paced environment. The position requires punctuality, dependable transportation to and from work, and reliable attendance. Must pass background check, assessment, and drug test.
