The Pink Bean Coffee in Somerset, MA is looking for a few great people to join our team. We have a variety of positions available. We are a group of team oriented rockstars who love what we do! Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, engaged, responsible, respectful of others and just simply a kind human with a great attitude; and most important - someone who can hustle and join into a team that works at a very high level.

- Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Prepare smoothies and smoothie bowls
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Interact with customers regularly and professionally
- 25 hours of availability preferred
- 1 weekend day required
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a barista or restaurant experience necessary
- High integrity with a great attendance record
- Ability to work quickly and multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
