The Role:

As a Maintenance Specialist at Pinnacle Lodging, you will play a vital role in supporting our team by delivering items to guests and owners and performing basic maintenance tasks. Your primary responsibilities will focus on providing exceptional service and ensuring the smooth operation of our properties. This role is full-time, with a schedule based on the needs of the business. This is a seasonal position with the expiration of 5/1/25.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest and Owner Support: Respond promptly to requests from guests and property owners for item deliveries, ensuring timely and professional service. Deliver supplies, tools, or equipment to properties as needed, creating a seamless experience.
  • Maintenance Execution and Quality Control: Perform a variety of basic maintenance tasks with meticulous attention to detail, including replacing light bulbs, fixing minor issues, and assisting with simple furniture assembly. Ensure all work meets Pinnacle Lodging's quality standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks efficiently and maintain high service standards.
  • Inventory and Organization: Assist in organizing and maintaining supplies, tools, and equipment. Ensure items are properly stored and ready for use, supporting efficient operations.

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Basic problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or maintenance.
  • Familiarity with basic hand tools and maintenance procedures.
  • Knowledge of the local area (if applicable)

 

What we offer:

  • Compensation starts at $29/hour based on experience and skill level.
  • 1 week of prorated paid time off for the seasonal term.
  • Up to 4 paid volunteer hours during the seasonal term, aligning with our ethos and serving our community.
