Oliviana Bar Italiano & Pizzeria in Augusta, GA is looking for a food-runner/expeditor to join our team. We are located on 399 Highland Ave. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and engaged.
Our Food-Runner/Expeditor bridge communication between the front of house and heart of house. This team is all about clear communication and exceptional organization, taking responsibility for putting the finishing touches on guests’ meals and doing a final once-over to ensure proper plating, accuracy of order, and excellent presentation.
Responsibilities

*Maintain professional appearance as per handbook, including proper handwashing. *Ensure all food items are correct and prepared to our company’s standards. *Clearly communicate with members of the FOH, BOH, and management *Follow all safety and sanitation policies & procedures. *Adhere to plate presentation guidelines. *Maintain cleanliness throughout the expo area. *Exhibit teamwork with other employees. *Maintain a positive working relationship with other employees. *Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or requested.
Qualifications

*Must be at least 18 years old *Standing or moving, for long periods of time *General knowledge of all safety & sanitation standards *Remaining calm in a hectic, fast-paced atmosphere *Demonstrating a high level of organization, attention-to-detail and a sense-of-urgency *Displaying a positive and outwardly friendly attitude toward guests and co-workers

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $10.00/hour.
