This person thrives in a fast-paced environment, is obsessed with quality and service, and loves building team culture just as much as they love pulling a perfectly charred pie out of a deck oven.

Who You Are
You've spent time both on the line and out on the floor-and you're comfortable switching hats when the moment calls for it. You've mastered the flow of a Friday night rush and know how to keep a team calm, confident, and cranking. You're also someone who genuinely loves people and has no problem jumping in wherever needed to make the shift successful.
You bring:
Solid pizza-making experience (oven skills required-bonus points for hand-tossed dough mastery)
Front-of-house hospitality chops-you've led a dining room and made guests feel like family
Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and motivate
A high level of personal accountability, hustle, and humility
A love for music, good vibes, and team wins
Your Role
You'll help oversee the daily operations of our restaurant-splitting your time between the kitchen and the dining room. You'll lead the team by example, ensuring smooth shifts, happy guests, and consistently high-quality product. You'll work closely with the General Manager to hit goals, shape team culture, and make the shop a place people are proud to work in and dine at.
Operations
Support day-to-day operations with energy and consistency
Help manage shift flow from prep to close-across both kitchen and FOH
Keep a pulse on what's working (and what's not) and offer solutions on the fly
Leadership
Lead with kindness and clarity-holding your team to high standards while keeping the energy fun and focused
Train new hires on pizza technique, guest experience, and company culture
Encourage a team atmosphere that's built on communication, accountability, and mutual respect
Guest Experience
Be a hands-on presence in the dining room, jumping in to greet guests, bus tables, or fix a service hiccup
Help deliver consistently warm, efficient, and memorable experiences
Turn a bad moment into a better one, and a good one into a "we're coming back next week" moment
Kitchen Know-How
Maintain pizza prep standards, oven flow, and final plate presentation
Support quality control-ensuring every slice that leaves the oven is something you'd be proud to serve your mom
Keep the kitchen clean, efficient, and moving at the right rhythm
Inventory & Financials
Help track inventory and minimize waste
Assist with scheduling and labor management
Collaborate with our awesome in-house buyer (Frank, yes, the guy with the gold watch) on product flow and ordering
Accountability & Growth
Own your mistakes and encourage your team to do the same-we believe in learning, not blaming
Set the tone for accountability and positivity on every shift
Show up with solutions, ideas, and a drive to grow-personally and professionally
