Objective:
Be a part of the order fulfillment team and help with all duties ensuring Pizzo Nursery maintains high customer quality and expectations. Responsible for carrying out all aspects of the order process from pulling, staging, and accuracy in quality under the direction of the Order Fulfillment Manager.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Pull orders throughout season
- Consolidate & re-blocking crops
- Load orders onto shipping racks and onto truck
- Work the boxing line on shipping days
- Constant communication with Order Fulfillment Manager and Inventory Coordinator of crop conditions
- Assist Order Fulfillment Manager in other tasks
- Join production team to accomplish any tasks when needed
- Learn native plants and their special qualities
- Facility upkeep and organization
- Over-wintering tasks
- Ability to work outside in inclement weather
- Attention to detail and instructions
- Ability to multi-task
- Willing to work independently and as a team
- Ability to repeatedly lift 50 lbs
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Work 40 hours a week
