Supervise a small caseload of clients, shaping their developmental journeyConduct assessments and craft individualized treatment programs that directly impact each child's progressionProvide coaching and mentorship to BCBAs to develop clinical, professional, management, and leadership skillsLead and support staff management using organizational behavior management techniques leading to reduced turnoverImplement quality assurance measures for clinical staff (RBT, BCBA) to ensure we meet all clinical goalsPlan and co-present monthly group parent training and staff trainingConduct initial and ongoing client assessments and individualized treatment programsMaintain and oversee compliant clinical documentation, data collection, and reportsEvaluate the effectiveness of behavioral intervention plans through direct observation and analysis of dataProvide BCBA student supervision to BCBA studentsWhat Will Set You Apart :
Master's Degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.Active BCBA certification, State Licensure from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)2 years of experience managing or mentoring BCBAs or graduate studentsClinical setting experience strongly preferredProficient in systems such as Central ReachDemonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skillsEstablished management skillsAbility to multi-task and prioritizeReady to join us in making a difference?
