What are the responsibilities and job description for the MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELOR position at The Place for Counseling?
We are currently seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist LMHC, LMFT, LCSW to provide therapy in a group private practice setting. Were looking for therapists who have have clinical experience and skill working with one or more of the following populations : adults, families, trauma, ART, EMDR, LGBTQ , couples, children and teens. Registered Interns or PLMHC applicants in Florida with significant experience will also be considered.
We are looking for candidates who are looking for a long term position and home where they can grow and explore specialties that they choose. Do you possess strong clinical skills and have experience with adults, couples, teens, children or families ( a few of these)? Do you have interest in a place where you can do good quality work while being appreciated and supported to continue to grow and specialize as a therapist? Do you already have a specialty that you would like to utilize? This position is in-person with the possibility of some virtual [this will be up to your discretion]. Specific specialties within this population will be encouraged and supported.

Qualifications :
The ideal candidate has a License in Mental Health Counseling(LMHC), Marriage and Family(LMFT) or Social Work(LCSW) and experience providing quality clinical services to one or more of the populations listed above. Salary range for Licensed Practitioners start at 80.00 to 120.00 per hour or 95,000 to 120,000 annually or more based on specialties and skills.
