Job Description:
Summary:
We are seeking a Corporate Tax Manager to join our global finance team. This role will be responsible for overseeing tax compliance, planning, and strategy across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with international tax regulations, and optimizing the company’s tax position. The successful candidate will possess strong organizational and time management skills. They will also have a high level of commitment and initiative and be a proven team player.
Essential Functions:
- Manage global corporate tax compliance, including tax returns, reporting, and filings across multiple jurisdictions.
- Lead tax planning strategies to optimize the company’s effective tax rate and minimize risk.
- Oversee transfer pricing policies, ensuring compliance with international tax laws and regulations.
- Assist in M&A tax due diligence, structuring, and integration from a tax perspective.
- Support tax audits and inquiries from federal and state government authorities, ensuring proper documentation and responses.
- Partner with finance, legal, and business teams to assess tax implications of global business operations and expansion strategies.
- Monitor changes in international tax laws, regulations, and treaties, and assess their impact on the company’s tax position.
- Assist with the US international tax compliance, including preparation and/or review of international tax calculations, such as GILTI, CAMT, and BEAT.
- Work closely with external tax advisors and auditors to manage tax compliance and advisory projects.
- Drive process improvements and automation in tax reporting and compliance functions.
Experience Requirements:
- 5 years of corporate tax experience, preferably in a multinational corporation or Big 4 accounting firm.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and international tax regulations.
- Experience with transfer pricing, tax planning, and cross-border tax compliance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a global business environment.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA, MSA, or MST preferred.
Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
