JOB SUMMARY
The ERP Transformation Project Manager is accountable for the successful implementation, customization, and continuous optimization of the company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance, operational alignment, and streamlined processes for field operations. Working closely operations and leadership , this role provides support in managing ERP integrations, operational frameworks, and technology-driven projects to meet strategic business objectives.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
o Design the ERP framework for site setups, warehouses, locations, and work center groups.
o Map grow recipes, growing environments, labor tasks, and bills of materials across multiple systems to ensure operational readiness.
o Collaborate with the leadership to integrate ERP data with broader organizational analytics.
o Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) across departments to validate ERP functionality and ensure successful deployment.
o Develop comprehensive training materials and user guides in collaboration with the Senior Analyst Manager.
o Facilitate ERP system go-live activities with a focus on smooth adoption and compliance.
o Liaise with cross-functional teams (e.g., growers, production managers, and sales teams) to ensure successful ERP adoption in an operationally diverse environment.
o Assist in the management of ERP data integrity to ensure alignment with sales, production, and IT needs.
o Contribute to the development and improvement of tools for production scheduling, labor tracking, and KPI reporting. Leverage the ERP data for analytics and decision making.
o Support continuous improvement initiatives and ERP enhancements that align with data-driven insights provided by the Senior Analyst Manager.
o Lead projects related to field operations applications, ensuring automation of labor planning and tracking.
o Collaborate with developers on requirements gathering, process design, and compliance documentation.
o Problem-solving and communication with other stakeholders to successfully navigate any ERP project challenges.
o Communicate progress and updates to the executive team and participate in quarterly town halls to share project outcomes and objectives.
o Partner with the leadership team to align IT budgets for field operations with organizational goals.
o Provide input on prioritizing capital expenditure (CapEx) projects related to ERP and operational technologies.
