Phase 2 encompasses a greenhouse facility along with a production barn. This is a state-of-the-art, controlled-environment greenhouse for the sustainable production of tropical indoor foliage plants of consistent and exceptional quality.

The Team Member provides leadership and guidance within greenhouse and production facilities, overseeing tasks such as planting, processing, harvesting, and shipping plants. Essential Job Functions
- Guide team members to achieve project goals, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Provide technical leadership without making high-level decisions.
- Serve as the liaison between team and management.
- Identify potential work disruptions and communicate with management.
- Manage conflict, listen actively, and receive constructive feedback.
- Train, evaluate, and hold team members accountable to policies and processes.
- Facilitate daily team huddles to communicate expectations and updates.
- Ensure accurate completion of daily paperwork, metrics, and timesheets.
- Lead weekly safety toolbox talks and maintain safety training records.
- Provide feedback to Assistant Plant Managers regarding team performance and attendance.
- Lead by example, exemplifying company values.
- Coordinate with Greenhouse for plant pickups as needed.
- Optimize work area efficiency by monitoring productivity and quality.
- Prioritize assembly flow to meet daily orders.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and operational work environment.
- Keep in contact with Greenhouse leads for additional product needs.
- Be flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Operate forklift and carts when trained and certified.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Experience in general labor/production (preferred).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a greenhouse environment with varying temperatures and humidity.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and walk for extended periods.
