Phase 2 encompasses a greenhouse facility along with a production barn. This is a state-of-the-art, controlled-environment greenhouse for the sustainable production of tropical indoor foliage plants of consistent and exceptional quality.

JOB SUMMARY
The Transportation Coordinator will be responsible for establishing and leading a comprehensive transportation department, optimizing logistics for Independent Garden Centers, Home Depot, and small grocery chains. This role involves creating trucking lanes across the country, ensuring efficient and cost-effective transportation solutions.
STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES
Build Transportation Infrastructure : Develop a scalable transportation department to meet the company’s growing logistics needs.
Establish Nationwide Trucking Lanes : Strategically design and implement trucking routes that optimize delivery performance across diverse customer bases.
Enhance Supply Chain Efficiency : Streamline transportation processes to minimize costs and maximize speed and reliability.
