The Plant Farm is seeking seasonal greenhouse workers to assist with plant production and order fulfillment during our busy spring season. This is a hands-on, active role that involves planting, watering, pulling orders, and maintaining plant health. If you enjoy working with plants and don’t mind getting your hands dirty, this is the job for you!

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with planting, watering, and general plant care
• Pull and prepare plant orders for customers and retail locations
• Operate basic hand tools and greenhouse equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Perform heavy lifting and repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals

Job Requirements:

• 18 years or older
• Mandatory overtime required (high volume of overtime during peak season)
• Available to work Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (schedule may vary based on business needs)
• Non-tobacco users only (due to risk of Tobacco Mosaic Virus contamination)
• Comfortable working in a greenhouse environment with temperature and humidity variations
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout an 8-hour shift

Pay: $16.75 - $16.85 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
