The Plant Farm is looking for seasonal, customer-service-minded sales associates to join our team this spring! If you enjoy an active, fast-paced, and outdoor-oriented work environment, this is the job for you. Our team works together to create a welcoming shopping experience for customers while maintaining plant and product quality.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with product selection and general inquiries
• Stock, organize, and maintain the retail store and outdoor plant areas
• Pull and prepare products for customers
• Create attractive product displays and arrangements
• Maintain plant health and storefront cleanliness
• Operate as a cashier (training provided)

Job Requirements:

• 18 years or older
• Mandatory overtime required in April & May
• Able to work a 40-hour workweek, including Saturdays (Monday-Saturday, 9:45 AM – 6:15 PM, with a rotating weekday off; closed Sundays)
• Non-tobacco users only (due to Tobacco Mosaic Virus contamination risks)
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout an 8-hour shift

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $16.75 - $16.85 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
