Job Description
Reports To: Director of Design and Production
As an Interior Plantscape Design Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the Director of Design, ensuring the smooth flow of creative processes, and maintaining high-quality standards in all deliverables. This position is ideal for someone passionate about plant design, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic fast paced environment.
- Assisting in the creation of design concepts, preparing quotes, and product research.
- Managing project timelines, organizing/building design materials, and making sure that all work aligns with brand guidelines and client expectations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with the designer and other team members.
- Developing client relationships.
- Calendar management - scheduling meetings, updating main calendar board, etc
- Design, quote and install live plant rental projects.
- Use problem-solving skills while on the job site and professionally communicate solutions.
- Assist on project installations.
- Creating the schedule for holiday installations, help with designing of new accounts, along with prepping for installation and removal of holiday decorations.
- Receiving, storing and maintaining inventory.
- Strong creative and artistic abilities

- High school degree or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Able to pass drug test/background check
- Physically able to stand, sit, move, squat, walk, and climb during the course of the work day
- Must be able to climb ladders and work at various heights
- Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds or more
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
