The Plantation at Leesburg is a 55 Gated Community located on the south side of Leesburg, Florida. We sit on 1,300 acres of beautiful landscape. The community consists of 2,820 homes within 30 villages, 3 Activity Centers, 3 pools, and 2 exercise facilities. We offer many activities including tennis, pickleball, bocce, men's and women's softball as well as many indoor activities.
The Access Control Department - Gate Attendant should possess a proactive and positive attitude with a customer service approach to work and relate well with others. The ability to multitask is essential along with the ability to prioritize tasks. This is a part-time position, 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.,
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills. This position interacts with homeowners, vendors, and visitors on a regular basis
- Ability to operate our gate access computer program for processing visitors and vendors from the gatehouses
- Monitor our CCTV system from the gatehouses
- Strong communitive and detail-oriented skills
- Ability to work independently and strong problem-solving skills
- MUST have a valid Driver's License as you will drive a Plantation at Leesburg vehicle within the community
- Lock/Unlock our Activity Centers and pools at specified times
- Strong sense of ethics and professionalism
