Candidates should possess current PA State Nursing license. Experience with CPR, AED, and / or Audiometry testing and its CAHOC certification is preferred. Minimum 2 years clinical experience required.
LPN: from $24/hr
Responsibilities –
- This position will support an advance wellness program that features Free Medical appointment with a company Doctor, Biometrics, Physical Health Screenings, Walking Programs, Weight Watchers, Blood Pressure Clinics, Health Surveys, Smoking Cessation Programs, and Lunch and Learns
- Establishes a supportive and trusting relationship with employees
- The position will also provide essential support FMLA, Medical Leaves, Disability Insurance and Worker’s Compensation, Ergonomics, and Safety Programs
- Coordinates employee health efforts within the different departments as needed, including; Human Resources, Safety, and Division management.
- Maintains confidentiality of all medical information, and documents interventions and treatment in the appropriate database / medical record system.
- Use of sound clinical judgment
- Ability to practice in an independent setting
- Case Management experience
- Knowledge of state worker’s compensation rules / law
- Basic to medium level MS office skills necessary
This position is forty (40) hours of work per week and is full time. The position is first shift with potential for flexible days, hours and/or overtime.
