Job Description:
The Project Manager plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of the project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reviews project proposals or plans to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases or the project.
- Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of the project and arranges for assignment of project personnel.
- Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.
- Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
- Reviews status reports and prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required.
- Prepares project reports for managements, customers, or others.
- Confers and assists project personnel with technical advice and to resolve problems.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
EXPERIENCE:
- 5 years in related field
- Plastics Background
- Product Knowledge
- Basic Math (Algebra and Trigonometry)
- Working Knowledge of SAP Computer System
- Computer knowledge to include Lotus, Excel, Windows, Microsoft Office and Word processing.
