Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Greet and welcome all patients as they arrive at the spa, ensuring a positive and friendly first impression.
- Appointment Scheduling: Manage appointment bookings, reschedules, and cancellations, ensuring smooth operations and optimal use of resources.
- Patient Assistance: Answer questions regarding services, treatments, and products, providing detailed and accurate information.
- Service Recommendations: Assist clients in selecting appropriate treatments, services, and products that align with their needs, goals, and preferences.
- Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks including processing client information and maintaining accurate records in the system. End of day reporting.
- Billing and Payment: Process payments, provide receipts, and assist clients with billing inquiries.
- Maintain Cleanliness and Order: Ensure the front desk and waiting area are tidy and welcoming, maintaining a calming environment for clients.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with medical professionals, aestheticians, and other spa staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls or messages to ensure patient satisfaction and to encourage future bookings.
- Client Retention: Promote loyalty programs, special offers, and upcoming services to encourage repeat visits.

Qualifications:
