We are a premier plastic surgery practice seeking an energetic, personable, and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of our office. If you love creating positive first impressions, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can seamlessly manage both in-person and phone interactions, we want you on our team!
What You’ll Do:
- Be the first impression – Greet and check in patients with enthusiasm, making them feel welcomed and excited about their visit
- Check patients in and out efficiently – Ensure a smooth and professional experience at every visit
- Schedule and confirm appointments – Manage the calendar with accuracy and organization
- Answer phones professionally – Actively listen to callers to assist with inquiries and schedule appointments
- Sell skincare and post-procedure products – Confidently recommend and sell products to enhance patient results
- Engage in and promote social media content – Be comfortable appearing in videos, creating engaging content, and interacting with followers to enhance our office’s online presence
- Maintain a well-polished and professional appearance daily – Representing a high-end plastic surgery practice with confidence and poise
- Create a positive, upbeat atmosphere – Engage with patients in a warm, bubbly manner to enhance their experience
- Assist with administrative tasks – Handle patient documentation, electronic records, and general front desk responsibilities
- Be adaptable and solution-minded – Adjust to evolving office needs and help resolve any unexpected situations professionally
