As a Banquet Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless banquet experience for our members and guests. Your responsibilities will include presetting, serving, and breaking down banquet rooms for various events. You'll skillfully prepare and serve a variety of high-quality beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, based on customer requests. Providing exceptional guest service is essential, and you'll be expected to take orders and serve members/guests following Plantation Country Club Standards and all Local and State legal guidelines. Ensuring the safety of our members and guests will be part of your duties, and you'll assist them in making menu choices.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of one year of experience as a Banquet Server in a country club, upscale hotel, or free-standing lounge environment.
- Outstanding guest service skills.
- Physical ability to stand, stoop, bend, and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly during your shift.
- Capable of moving portable bar units from storage to functional areas.
- Proficiency in speaking, reading, and understanding the English language.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Background checks will be required for all applicants.
- Possession of certifications such as "TIPS" or equivalent responsible vendor training, ServSafe training, is a plus.
