Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Lead and motivate staff, providing training and development opportunities to enhance performance.
- Oversee cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy in transactions and financial reporting.
- Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and managing supplier relationships.
- Implement effective food handling practices to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop menus that align with customer preferences and seasonal offerings.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for operational efficiency.
Skills
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing teams within the food service or hospitality industry.
