The Plaza at Clover Lake for Premier Assisted Living is located on beautiful grounds in Carmel, NY. One location, meals provided, flexible schedules, shared workload with a team of compassionate HHAs.
The Home Health Aide assists our elderly residents with personal care and health monitoring as well as helping to maintain a clean and safe living environment for each. The successful candidate will be dependable in attendance and be required to maintain accurate records as required by NYS Department of Health regulations.
Requirements:
Must Have a HHA or PCA certificate registered with The Department of Health. No experience is required, we will train you.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist and monitor assigned clients with all activities of daily living as defined by the individual's plans of care, including dressing, showering & hygiene, reminders, transfer assists or escorts.
- Maintain home care records that include tasks performed and any changes in diet, behavior, health or personal living habits.
- Help with resident meals and basic housekeeping functions, including monitoring the living environment for safety issues.
- Deliver reports to Manager to review any important changes in the residents' condition.
Complimentary meal provided during an 8-hour shift!!
Shifts available: 3:00pm-11:00pm, 1 weekend shift required
