What are the responsibilities and job description for the Reception/Concierge position at The Plaza at Clover Lake?
We are looking for an outgoing, friendly, reliable team member to represent our company.
Per diem/part time shift, a few shifts monthly, some weekend shifts available.
7:00am-3:00pm, 3:00pm to 11:00pm or 11:00pm to 7:00am overnight shift
Welcome visitors, provide communication support to our Residents in our beautiful assisted living community.
Concierge ensures access to facility (front door) to authorized persons and facilitates communication between residents and internal and external departments. Duties include but not limited to: handling the switchboard, greeting all callers to the facility, communicating and facilitating all resident calls for assistance to Home Health Aide or appropriate department, making 911 calls as needed and provide proper follow up and documentation.
Must be reliable.
Pre-employment screening includes physical, background and drug screen.
Salary : $17
