As a key member of our special education department, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing behavior management plans, conducting assessments, and providing professional learning opportunities to staff members.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement behavior management plans for students with special needs
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and create individualized plans
- Provide professional learning opportunities to staff members on evidence-based methodologies for addressing student behavior
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collect and analyze data to inform instruction and make data-driven decisions
**Requirements:**
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or eligibility
- Experience working with students with special needs and their families
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
