About the Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate School Psychologist to join our Child Study Team. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for conducting psychological examinations and evaluations, developing and coordinating individualized education plans, and providing psychological counseling and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological examinations and evaluations
- Develop and coordinate individualized education plans
- Provide psychological counseling and support
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
- NJ Educational Services Certificate with a School Psychologist Endorsement
- Minimum experience as determined by the board
- Knowledge of laws and regulations governing special education
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with students, parents, and staff
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Current residency in New Jersey or approved residency waiver
