Must be able to perform CONSISTENT exceptional customer service.
PLUMBING SERVICE TECHNICIAN responsibilities :
3 Years’ experience as a Residential Service Plumber
Have all necessary tools required to complete job.
Must have excellent Customer Service skills and demonstrate 100% superior customer service to the customer
Be able to diagnosis, repair and install water heaters, fixtures, faucets, drainage and water piping, including sewer and drain cleaning
Arriving to work on time each day.
Must clean up after yourself in someone’s home
Maintaining a high standard of safety and quality on the jobsite
Maintaining a clean and organized truck.
Must have a valid and clean New York State driver’s license, must be at least 20 years of age to be able to be insured
Be able to pass a background check and drug screen as part of the hiring process
