Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our products/services in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist customers by answering phones and managing inquiries.
- Utilize your initiative to address customer concerns and find solutions that exceed their expectations.
- Collaborating with and supporting team members to achieve goals.
- Maintain accurate customer records and communication history in our CRM system, with a preference for experience with Service Titan.
- Continuously strive to enhance the customer service process by identifying areas for improvement and suggesting innovative solutions.
- Handling administrative tasks and office operations
- Assisting marketing efforts
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative in a Trade company is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in using Service Titan or similar CRM systems is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and make sound decisions.
- Positive attitude, even in challenging situations, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to think on your feet.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized approach to managing customer interactions and records.
