Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our products/services in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist customers by answering phones and managing inquiries.
  • Utilize your initiative to address customer concerns and find solutions that exceed their expectations.
  • Collaborating with and supporting team members to achieve goals.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and communication history in our CRM system, with a preference for experience with Service Titan.
  • Continuously strive to enhance the customer service process by identifying areas for improvement and suggesting innovative solutions.
  • Handling administrative tasks and office operations
  • Assisting marketing efforts

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative in a Trade company is highly beneficial.
  • Proficiency in using Service Titan or similar CRM systems is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and make sound decisions.
  • Positive attitude, even in challenging situations, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to think on your feet.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized approach to managing customer interactions and records.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Hours: 40-50 hours per week
