What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a dedicated Production Manager with 7 years of experience in plumbing, and an expertise for leadership and organization.

Education & Licensing:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • A valid North Carolina Plumbing License preferred. Don’t have one yet? Apply as a technician, and we’ll help you achieve your goal!

Experience & Skills:

  • At least 7 years of practical plumbing experience (commercial experience preferred).
  • Prior experience managing a team and overseeing plumbing projects.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple deadlines and budgets.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with customers, technicians, and management.
  • Familiarity with North Carolina plumbing codes and regulations, with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to adapt to change and continuously seek process improvements.

Other Requirements:

  • A valid driver’s license for travel to job sites.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
  • Physical fitness to handle the demands of the job, including occasional heavy lifting and working in various conditions.

What You’ll Do

As a Plumbing Production Manager, you’ll:

  • Oversee plumbing projects to ensure they stay on schedule and meet quality standards.
  • Manage project budgets, including material purchasing.
  • Train and support technicians to develop their skills and maintain company standards.
  • Communicate regularly with upper management about project progress and team performance.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety protocols and North Carolina plumbing codes.
  • Evaluate resources to optimize production efficiency.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment by addressing challenges and recognizing achievements.
