The Plus Group is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant -Human Resources to support the HR team for our client in a manufacturing company Located in Yuba City, CA.
This is a Temporary position for 5 months.
The ideal candidate should have strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a high level of confidentiality
Key responsibilities :
Provide administrative support to the HR department, including handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
Maintain and update employee record and filing systems.
Respond to email messages via Microsoft Outlook.
Assist in preparing reports, and presentations.
Communicate with team.
Administrative duties as tasked.
Qualifications & Skills :
Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and HR software.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Schedule :
8 hour shift- Monday-Friday
Salary $18.00 per hour
