The IT Systems Administration Manager will oversee all IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across systems, security, networks, and services. They will lead a team of three IT professionals and drive innovation through automation and strategic IT planning.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee IT infrastructure, including network administration and cloud platforms.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with SLAs.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Oversee help desk services, ensuring efficiency and user satisfaction.
- Manage and maintain core systems and third-party integrations.
- Implement automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and manage IT audits.
