Key Responsibilities:
As a Residential Project Manager at The PM Network, you’ll wear many hats—all of them critical to delivering outstanding results. Your responsibilities will include:
- Project Setup & Planning: Kick off each project with meticulous preparation, establishing timelines, budgets, and resource needs using Smartsheet, our go-to management tool. You’ll set the tone for success from day one.
- Weekly OAC Calls: Lead Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings with confidence and clarity, fostering collaboration and keeping all stakeholders aligned on progress, challenges, and solutions.
- End-of-Week Reporting: Deliver concise yet comprehensive reports that summarize project status, highlight milestones, and flag any risks—keeping clients and our internal team fully informed.
- Full-Scope Project Management: Oversee every aspect of the project lifecycle, from initial concept through final walkthrough. You’ll manage schedules, coordinate trades, monitor budgets, and ensure quality control at every step.
- Master Communication: Act as the central point of contact for clients, contractors, architects, and vendors. Your ability to listen, articulate, and mediate will keep projects on track and relationships strong.
- Client Advocacy: Go beyond the basics to truly understand and champion your clients’ needs, ensuring their vision is realized with care and precision.
