Software Engineering Manager- Workday Integration

As a Software Engineering Manager within PNC’s Business Technology organization. Locations in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Birmingham, AL and Dallas Tx.This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager’s discretion.

• Oversee Workday Integration system upgrades and system additions. Manages the design, implementation, delivery and support of integration projects and functionality
• Manage a team of BSAs, developers and quality engineers providing oversight, guidance and performance management to drive individual and team success
• Serves as subject matter expert in Workday with an emphasis on Workday Integrations and Security
• Ensure data security, compliance, integrity, testing of system changes and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities
• Serve as a strong consultative partner to business and functional leaders to continuously improve service delivery Skills / Abilities :
• Strong understanding of Workday features and functionality
• Extensive experience working with Workday integrations
• Experience with implementing large-scale technology projects, prior HR system experience preferred
• Strong understanding of integration patterns and best practices
