">We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analytics Manager to join our Commercial Real Estate Tax Credit organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the fund modeling, forecasting and budgeting functions, as well as understanding the tax ramifications of various tax credit structures.
">You will supervise the forecast modeling of both lower tier equity and debt, as well as upper tier modeling including benefit schedules for quarterly investor reporting. Additionally, you will manage processes, procedures, quality control, and related analytical functions for the LOB.
">Required Skills and Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities.
">Specifically, we are looking for candidates with experience in asset management, decision making, financial accounting, financial management, general ledger (GL), investment management, and revenue recognition.
">You will also need to have a university/college degree, higher level education such as a Master's degree or PhD, and at least 5 years of prior management experience.
