Job Summary
">We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analytics Manager to join our Commercial Real Estate Tax Credit organization.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Manage the fund modeling, forecasting and budgeting functions
- Understand the tax ramifications of various tax credit structures
- Supervise the forecast modeling of both lower tier equity and debt, as well as upper tier modeling including benefit schedules for quarterly investor reporting
- Manage processes, procedures, quality control, and related analytical functions for the LOB
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities.
">Specifically, we are looking for candidates with experience in asset management, decision making, financial accounting, financial management, general ledger (GL), investment management, and revenue recognition.
">You will also need to have a university/college degree, higher level education such as a Master's degree or PhD, and at least 5 years of prior management experience.
