Apply now! The Transaction Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of transactions by meeting deadlines, informing relevant parties and maintaining file compliance. Responsibilities:
- Communicate daily with clients, real estate agents and transaction-related parties
- Complete paperwork for upcoming listings and work closely with agents to ensure property readiness
- Review paperwork in detail to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Submit all necessary documentation to the office broker for file compliance
- Evaluate and revise transactional systems regularly to increase efficiency
- Manage Team calendar and Slack communication
- Prepare materials for consultations
- Input client information and transaction milestones into the database
- Provide a positive client experience through consistent communication and care
- Create marketing materials and manage social media pages
- Execute client events/touches each month
Requirements & Skills:
- Must have or be willing to obtain Washington Real Estate Brokers License
- 2 years administrative experience
- Strong communication, problem solving, analytical and organizational skills
- Able to prioritize tasks with a sense of urgency, while still maintaining quality work
- Detail-oriented in proofing and data entry responsibilities
- Tech savvy with the ability to learn new software quickly and proficiently
- Demonstrate tenacity and a willingness to go the distance to get something don
- A team player that is committed to continuing education and growth opportunities
