Reports directly to the Executive Director (ED) and The Podiatry Company (TPC). Duties include, but are not limited to :
Administrative Tasks
- Handling correspondence (emails, calls, and letters) on behalf of the ED as advised.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and documents.
- Organizing and maintaining files and records.
- Processing invoices, expenses, and reimbursements.
- Arranging and coordinating meetings, including preparing agendas.
- Ensuring meeting materials are organized and distributed beforehand.
- Liaising with attendees and stakeholders to confirm schedules.
- Booking hotels, meals, and transportation for BOD or Exam Committee members.
- Handling last-minute changes to travel plans.
- Acting as the point of contact between the executive and internal / external parties.
- Screening and prioritizing incoming requests.
- Assisting with planning and executing projects, including as directed by BOD or TPC.
- Researching and compiling information for decision-making.
- Ensuring office supplies and resources are stocked.
- Maintaining records of expenses and payments, available to ED at all times.
- Paying invoices and scheduling regular payments.
- Assisting with coordinating team efforts.
- Very limited as needed by ED, especially with travel.
- Assisting with events, including planning and logistics.
