As an Area Manager, you will oversee multiple locations, ensuring they exceed sales goals, deliver an exceptional patient experience, and foster a workplace culture where employees love coming to work and patients look forward to their visits.
What You’ll Do
Drive Sales & Revenue Growth
- Take ownership of clinic performance, implementing strategies to increase sales, membership conversions, and overall revenue.
- Train and mentor clinic teams to confidently sell memberships and deliver outstanding service that keeps patients coming back.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize success.
- Identify and implement local marketing initiatives to attract new patients and increase brand awareness.
- Oversee clinic-level social media efforts to engage the community and drive new patient acquisition.
Spend Time in Each Clinic, Leading from the Front
- Regularly visit all clinics in your region to engage with teams, observe operations, and ensure consistent execution of sales and service standards.
- Provide hands-on coaching to front desk associates and chiropractors, setting them up for success.
- Support clinic teams in creating a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere that enhances the patient experience.
Build a Winning Culture
- Cultivate an environment where employees feel valued, motivated, and excited to contribute to the clinic’s success.
- Recognize and reward top performers while fostering teamwork and accountability.

Ensure Operational Excellence

- Implement best practices for scheduling, lead follow-up, and membership retention.
- Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges to maintain smooth clinic performance.
Enhance the Patient Experience & Drive Retention
- Ensure each clinic delivers a top-tier experience that keeps patients engaged and committed to their wellness plans.
- Address escalated patient concerns with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient retention and long-term engagement.
What You Bring to the Role
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, marketing, or a related field.
- 3 years of multi-unit management experience, preferably in a sales-driven environment (health & wellness, retail, or hospitality preferred).
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through sales coaching, team development, and strategic marketing.
- Experience overseeing local marketing initiatives, including social media engagement.
- Ability to travel between clinics regularly, providing on-site leadership and support.
- Passion for building strong teams, developing talent, and creating a thriving workplace culture.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
