**Job Description:**
As a Pole Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for leading engaging and safe pole fitness classes for participants of various skill levels. You will create a positive and motivating atmosphere that encourages personal growth and confidence in our clients.
**Duties and Responsibilities:**
- Develop and deliver pole fitness classes that cater to beginners and advanced participants.
- Teach fundamental pole techniques, including spins, climbs, and transitions, as well as advanced moves for more experienced students.
- Ensure the safety and proper use of equipment, providing clear instructions and demonstrations.
- Offer modifications and support to accommodate diverse fitness levels and abilities.
- Monitor participants’ progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.
- Create a welcoming and inclusive environment that encourages participants to build confidence and self-esteem.
- Promote studio events, workshops, and programs to enhance community engagement.
- Maintain a clean and organized studio space, ensuring all equipment is in safe working condition.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in pole fitness and related disciplines.
**Skills and Qualifications:**
- Certified Pole Fitness Instructor or equivalent experience in pole dancing or fitness instruction.
- Strong knowledge of pole fitness techniques, body mechanics, and safety practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Passion for fitness and a commitment to helping others achieve their goals.
- Ability to create and lead dynamic and engaging classes.
- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.

Pay: $28.28 - $31.32 per hour
