Responsibilities:
- Prepare the kitchen for success with the proper equipment and ingredients.
- Masterfully interpret recipes and oversee the preparation of each dish, guaranteeing quality and consistency.
- Efficiently manage time and coordination to deliver dishes to guests promptly.
- Focus on meticulous plate presentation to enhance guest experience.
- Adapt recipes to meet specific guest requests and dietary needs, such as reducing salt or eliminating dairy.
Skills:
- Proven experience as a Chef with a track record of culinary excellence.
- Proficiency with various kitchen equipment and cooking techniques.
