Keeps offices, buildings, kitchen restrooms and all walkways clean and orderly. Sweeps, mops, polishes floors; removes trash and litter. Makes minor maintenance and equipment repairs.
Essential Functions:
- Cleans fixtures, equipment, windows, walls, restrooms, etc. Stocks supplies in restrooms as needed.
- Sweeps, mops, and polishes floors. Vacuums and spot cleans carpets.
- Power washes floors, walls and walkways.
