What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Service Worker - Concessions - Tonga position at the Polynesian Cultural Center?
This is a multipurpose “Front of House” position for the Food Services Division. Jobs may include setting, resetting and bussing tables, greeting guests, waiting tables, operating a cash register and keeping the dining room and guest facing areas neat and clean and ensure a positive guest experience at all times.
Essential Functions:
- Servicing guests by taking food and or Smoothie orders, receiving payment for order, and delivering order.
- Busses and resets tables.
- Cleans up spills in assigned work area.
- Interacts with guests by answering questions and addressing concerns.
