- Types or word processes a variety of letters, memorandums, and reports in an accurate and efficient fashion.
- Utilizes word processing equipment and/or PC in the performance of assigned duties.
- Maintains files and records which may contain confidential information.
- Answers and screens telephone call, greets and screens visitors, and provides information in accordance with organization policy. Takes and relays messages.
