The store manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail store, maintaining inventory, driving sales and exceeding sales goals, all the while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include; Customer service, Inventory management, managing service team, Merchandising.
The ideal candidate for the store manager position should possess strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, a deep understanding of retail operations, and the ability to manage a team. Effective communication skills, and a proven track record of driving sales while maintaining operational efficiency are also necessary. Candidates should also demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and be able to adapt to changing situations quickly.

Store Manager Responsibilities
- Create an inviting environment for store customers by greeting them and helping them with product selection throughout the sales process.
- Deliver unsurpassed customer service when answering phones and working with customers in the store.
- Manage pond service- Which includes working with Pond Service technician to schedule pond service throughout the year.
- Maintain stock levels of products on the service van.
- Maintain accurate store inventory. Create purchase orders, receive incoming deliveries, and maintain store stock levels.
- Continuous Develop of processes to improve store efficiencies
- Quote projects for contractors and retail customers
- Maintain outside plants seasonally, as well as ponds and gardens with help from seasonal staff and pond technician.
- Maintain fish systems in the store.
- Store cleanliness- Manage the cleaning of the store, offices, and restrooms.
- Work with store staff to keep outside of building, parking lots and landscape free of trash and weeds.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
