What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at The Pool Guy?
Administrative assistant needed for The Pool Guy. Full-time position working 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday in an office at our warehouse. We have an immediate need to fill this positon. At this time, we will not be accepting phone calls or walk-ins as a form of application. You must apply through really and contact us through really to be considered for the position.
Starting pay is $12/hour with the ability to incrementally move up to $16/hour once you have shown you are able to complete all tasks accurately and on your own.
Position will include answering phone calls, emails and texts for our service department, entering work orders into our system, billing out invoices, doing weekly payroll for our service techs and following up on overdue accounts. Must be able to call customers and ask for payment on overdue invoices.
Will also include organizing inventory and managing coming and going inventory.
Must have excellent communication and organizational skills. Must be willing to sign a release to allow us to check your criminal history. Must answer all screening questions to be considered for this position.
