Position Summary: Seasonal Retail Sales Associate
We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to join our team during the busy pool season. In this front-line role, you'll help customers find the right pool and spa products, answer their questions, and ensure they leave with everything they need to enjoy their backyard oasis. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product selection, offering helpful and informed recommendations.
- Operate the cash register and handle cash, credit, and return transactions accurately and professionally.
- Keep the sales floor clean, stocked, and organized to create an inviting shopping experience.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
- Restock inventory, assist with merchandising, and help set up product displays.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up to date on products and promotions.
- Testing swimming pool and hot tub water chemistry.
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
- Comfortable with basic math and retail transactions.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours during peak season.
