About the Internship:
The E-ZPass Customer Service team is looking for a Data Analytics intern to join their team! The E-ZPass Customer Service team works closely with customers and non-revenue account holders who use Port Authority bridges and tunnels. Our team’s mission is to ensure that customers have a positive experience when contacting us. The team works to successfully resolve any outstanding issues that may occur with E-ZPass accounts and Toll Bills.

Responsibilities
- Complete ad-hoc data analysis tasks ranging from: gathering, cleaning, and validating data outputs using Excel and Oracle SQL.
- Create Power BI visuals after gathering stakeholders’ requirements.
- Maintain and improve existing Microsoft Power Automate workflows.
- Automate workflows using Microsoft Power Automate or python.
- Maintain and improve existing team’s financial model
- Create various new data collection processes
- Enrollment at a college/university through Summer 2025 and into the Fall 2025 semester
- Major in Business Administration, Computer Sciences, Information Systems, Data Science, Operations Research, or related field.
- Beginner to intermediate SQL skills
- Proficient in technology and basic Microsoft Office platforms
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
- Some knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps
- Working knowledge of databases
- Excellent analytical and research skills
- Familiarity with metrics and KPIs is a plus
- The start date will be Thursday, May 29, 2025
- The internship will last approximately 12 weeks, ending on Friday, August 22, 2025
- This is a full-time internship (5 days per week at 7.25 hours per day)
- The format is expected to be hybrid

- The hourly rate range is $17.63 to $29.57 (the exact rate will be determined by internship type and rising school year)
