Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest accounts.
- Provide information about the resort/hotel amenities, local attractions, and services available.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all necessary supplies are stocked.
- Perform night audit duties as required, balancing daily transactions and preparing reports.
- Utilize phone systems to manage incoming calls and assist guests promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery for guests.
- Uphold the highest standards of guest services in line with the resort/hotel’s policies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in guest relations or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with front desk operations in a hotel or resort setting is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficient in using phone systems and basic computer software applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations gracefully.
